The 2nd line is "Mas as Nine" with Mas being Spanish for More. If you notice the weird things with eYes, there are 3 of them and each have 3 eYes, which is:

This guy was probably a victim of monarch programming and may be a multiple. He's been abused. The use of raw meat over and over again is probably how he was made to feel during his abuse. Most likely as a child since they dominate also. I could go on but very interesting work.

The misshapen characters are YHVH, apparently. I would say, friendly or not, somebody this creative and skilled who is spending their time creating images that are this inaccessible to the general public is definitely illuminated. Look at the prices he's charging for prints. People with money are finding his paintings *very* resonant.
