I have noticed as well and have commented on it several times before. I'm sure there are numerous reasons as to why, just find the one that fits your own personal philosophy on shit. But yea, the attention span and the overall comprehension level as a collective seems to have dipped.

That said poster you speak of on the other side has a history of making threads that make lop appear in bad light bringing up dubious claims that imply we give out IP numbers like in that thread
