There will be major attacks looking for someone to blame.
Blame the neocons for picking Romney mid 2011 (or perhaps in 2008).

The conversion for me was watching McConnell and Boehner look at the perez with disgust during multiple state of the union addresses.

Uncompromising hate it what it looked like and from the inefficiency of Congress it was probably an accurate assessment.

Never again will I vote Rep or Dem and if my vote is lost in 3rd party land then so be it.
