I assume you are working from my statement, "Not many people are interested in listening these days.". That was just a generalized statement. Unfortunately, it's also true. Doesn't matter whether on the web, IRL, on politics, health, religion or anything else involving some bizarre personal philosophy. It's not everybody, but the majority. People seem to be holding onto their opinions with extreme desperation these days. Maybe it's the times, I don't know.

The bad here is not as rampant, or egregious as it is over there. It's just one big slapfest over there. I've never taken to ATS because I just can't stand their format. That site is laid out like it was done by a schizophrenic.

They did seem to be getting meaner over there....and it made me think twice about replying to posts even harmless advice. Here you dont seem to get shouted down or called names for trying to help. I LOVE it here! Such a relief.

i think they want positive identifiers. funny how people want your real name when you know so little about them.

i actually got here by googling "GLP exiles". interesting things appeared about tavistock, and the actual identity and proclivities of certain someones. oh, and this place. which may or may not be the same damn thing, but the signal-to-noise ratio is at least 3dB higher.

I got the GLP ban just for LOOKING at their site. I've been banned at least a dozen times for that alone. Once a day is too often. I've never posted there. I think they just want money and positive ID. Anon
