What constitutes a parole violation?
There is a guy on parole for stalking one girl who just got arrested for domestic violence on another girl.

Is this not a violation of parole?

All depends. Most people dont go around SNITCHING to their parole agent, just saying.

That is usually done by petty ex girlfriends and wives. Sometimes by the Mother because she knows he will be safer inside.

Any Contact with police(they are allowed to get tivkets and released, still depends on the cop at the time) will result in being pickedup and a "No Bail Hold" placed on the person.Where he will be taken back to jail and brought before a "parole board" and his fate"decided for him", regardless of if he is guilty or not.

If you want to be the one that is "Reporting him", the parole agent will still investigate first because it has been so MISUSED by petty Ex's.

Perhaps, but not immediately. Parole officer submits a violation report, a hearing is set to determine if parole was violated. Depending on the circumstances, they may wait until the criminal charges are resolved to determine if parole is revoked or not. Varies from state to state.

Wouldn't they hold him if they arrest him until this is determined?

Just saw his ass in Slammer magazine.

Nope, a lot of parole violators are released after being charged with a crime while out on parole.

They let them out often. Bullshit victimless crimes often are punished more severely than violent offenders are. There are numerous stories out there of people paroled after committing violent crimes only to go out and commit another crime while on parole but get released and commit another crime while the original charges are still pending. Even stories of people like that who eventually once taken back in by the system are paroled once more and repeat once again.

Three Strikes, my ass!

This guy has been arrested at least 8 times and has went down as a "large habitual" most of those times, but they never keep him.

He got 22 years and served 4.

RE: What constitutes a parole violation?
What ,you wont respond to me because i suggested that there, might be the smallest possibility that this may be a case of jealousy and has the possibility of MAYBE being kinda petty?

I would like to point out that at no time here did you claim you were the victim or that anyone was even being victimized.

You of course can change your story for sympathies sake.

They all do.
