I am afraid your definitions are incorrect. First, "anarchy", as defined, means either "absence of government' or (which I believe you would prefer) "a utopian society of individuals who enjoy complete freedom without government". There is no correlation between a government and money. Here is why:

All "money" is is a medium of exchange. If a bunch of people agree that lumps of gold, a handful of salt, or cowrie-shells can be used as "markers" for present or subsequent goods and services, then those objects are money, just exactly as silver coins, of Federal Reserve Notes are, with all the advantages and disadvantages inherent in either gold of FRNs.

There were many societies in human history that were lawlwess and anarchic, and all of them used money of one sort or another. "Gubmint" can no more force the concept of the economy than it can nullify the concept of gravity or King Alfred could order the tide to retreat.

If a person or family dug up some iron ore, and turned it into a knife or a tea-kettle, that person has performed a capital gain in that he has tuned raw material and work into a finished product and thus created wealth (assuming he can trade the tea-kettle for a pig and a dozen eggs).

Now Kash, just because I am an old guy doesn't mean that I am trying to urinate in your breakfast cereal because you're a kid or anything. I think everyone should have a voice here, regardless of age or anything else.

And I don't think that "kid" has any negative connotations. One poster here, a gentleman of wisdom and maturity is only (I believe) nineteen years old (I am speaking, of course, of my esteemed colleagues Mr. Rager).

Yet being a kid doesn't mean that you are exempt from at least getting your definitions right. I would hope -- for your sake -- you would see the advantages of doing a modicum of research and study of basic political theory and economics to buttress your arguments.

There were many innovative inventions well before the time of patents in what YOU would call 3rd world countries.
Quite a few contemporary inventions were based on the rediscovery of ancient findings.
Any inventions made in 3rd world countries recently would have even more difficulty in getting their products to market that those inventors in the 1st world who have been ruined, silenced or killed if their inventions will have any affect on the state of play in our current civilization.

1. Modern medicine - It should be my choice what I put in or allow to be done to my body. Don't hear a lot about Cancer, ms, Alzheimer's and bse pre ' modern medicine'. - part of the modern Hippocratic oath says -

I will remember that there is art to medicine as well as science, and that warmth, sympathy, and understanding may outweigh the surgeon's knife or the chemist's drug.
In the United States physicians are not required to take the oath. - Well at least they are not being made seasoned liars as the Brits are .

2. Cars! They are a faster mechanical version of the horse. Civilization did all right without them. They even measure them in horse power. They are polluting 'civilization' and the fuel they use is filthy (in more ways than one).

3. The internet. Firstly, putting the internet before the computer is a bit like putting the cart before the horse. Tim Berners-Lee (who if you look up the internet on wiki has been written out and the good ol US of A written in - sophistry - www or non www it is the same thing.) gave it as an open source app to avoid the constrictures of centralization. They are still trying to figure out how to censure it completely effectively.

4. Computers. What have computers got to do with allowing your rights lo LIFE on this planet and civilization. With a good sand filter and a solar pad you can use one in the Sahara - what are you talking about?

5. The only assurance you have is that if the criminals who hurt you are not well connected enough, something might happen, but be assured, the majority of those running the show are criminals.



As a Brit, I am unable to live in the land of my birth as a free person. (probably pretty much the same in all 'civilized' countries now)
(in 1110 I would have had to pay a 1/10 of my income or the fruits of my labour to my feudal lord) NOW it is about 40% directly and another 40% indirectly)
If I own my own house, I have to PAY RENT to live in it. (Imagine, you want to opt out - you have a piece of land where you will be self sufficient - well think again - you then have to earn enough to pay to live on your own land - even if you live AWAY from civilization). When I die, my kids have to sell it to pay the taxes.
At any time it suits them, Your children may be taken by the state and put into a pedophile market (childrens home) - you may be taken by the state and locked up and drugged if you don't tow the line.

My employer tried telling me that I would no longer be receiving a paycheck and that I had to take some stupid pay card. I informed them that this would not be happening and guess what? I am now the only person who gets a paycheck. I stood up and said no and it worked. This is a huge company and I was geared up for a fight but it went smoothly. Small win but it's my win. I've been so angry lately, but I couldn't face what I was angry about. Well, I finally I faced it yesterday, but I'm still angry.

I'm just tired, you know? The constant pain of my existence is becoming too much for me. I'm not complaining, I've led a blessed life. But I cant leave, because my family wont let me go. They cannot possibly survive without me, and that just pisses me off!

I'm tired of this anger too. How silly of me to be pissed-off at my family for not being able to survive without me! What a selfish prick I am eh? I want to end the pain, but I can't, my Spirit wont let me.

I cannot go to my rest knowing that my family and friends wont survive the future. Can't survive my departure.

And so, we swallow our anger, and keep our secret thoughts secret, and we forge ahead in our own little hell.
