Seeing the screenshots of the Olympics closing ceremony got me thinking about rituals, particularly those that seem occultish in nature. Do you think the rituals are significant? Do you think the people behind them are:

Just having fun?
Trying to mess with other people's heads?
Worshipping Satan/Lucifer/God/some-other-entity?
Deriving some kind of power through it?
Giving us a message that they can't give us directly?
Etc.

ain't seen no vids yet, took a day or 2 for vids of the opening to surface.
can't wait to see what the freaks closed with!

Me too. It might be awhile before it surfaces. I don't have a tv subscription so I can't watch it. I've only been checking out people's screenshots....

Rituals give power. They solidify faith and intention by awakening the concrete parts of our subconscious. I am an occultist and design my own rituals all the time. I'm also the ritual designer for all my friends.

They've never failed. Ever. Most recently, I got a job that nobody in their right mind would EVER hire me for and I got the most luxury dorm in the entire university even though I'm a first year student and applied late (the dorm is usually only for 4th year).

That doesn't mean I've had a perfect life. A horrible past and desperation taught me to use rituals properly. They are so powerful you wouldn't believe it.

I once brought a dead insect back to life using a ritual... It escaped. I may have let a zombie bug loose in the world.

Announcing their intentions. They must do so by any cunning means available. It gives them both applied and expressed contract.

It's applied because it wasn't stopped and it's now expressed because it was applied and not stopped.

That's so interesting!

Can occultism be used in good and bad ways? Does ritual help maintain balance in the world, or is it mainly to help you if you are the practitioner?
