It used to be the "All Nazis All The Time" channel, that's about the time I stopped watching it, I guess they finally ran out of Nazi footage.

I much prefer the old war footage to what we have now.

The Military Channel does have quite a bit of the historical footage, along with knowledge pertaining to past, present, and future (theoretical) weaponry as well as delivery platforms, transportation, troop training, etc.

that's true. I do watch it from time to time, when i'm in the mood for that type of programming.

Sorry. I wont post as much. But this is something I relate to as I liked the way it used to be, but like others mentioned there is pretty much no turning back now. I jumped out of the pot (discovery networks) right around the 3rd season of deadliest catch. Ended up on the internets and you tube.

Almost all TV "programming" caters to the lowest common denominator of society. Gone are the shows that actually taught morals and had a good message. Tissue
