So not having the same opinion or belief as you is now trolling?
I don't have an opinion either way. However it very obvious that neither side of the religion debate can argue with any level of sucess sufficient to change either sides mind.
You never used to see too many of these type threads on LOP. So that begs the question why is there a increase in these religious type threads?
These threads are just used to divide the site and cause disruption. Both sides of the coin can not agree to disagree, they never have and never will.

Neither a negative claim or a positive claim is ever absolutely certain. For instance someone who believes that they have seen santa may have been hallucinating.
I see. Can anyone prove any of this is real, outside of your mind?

Santa Claus.
You can teach your kids to either believe in him or not, but somewhere down the road they stop believing and grow up.
How is Santa different from God?

RE: What science cant prove.................
The funny thing about this God vs Science debate is how atheists, or whatever name they go by now, scoff at the concept of "faith in the unproven"... all the while using that exact faith themselves.
The argument is always "prove God exists without referring to a 'holy book' which is already biased toward the existence of God."
Well...I challenge someone to prove that black holes exist WITHOUT referring to textbooks written by a scientist that is already biased toward their existence. What are you gonna do...show me a computer model made by one of those same scientists?
Prove the universe began by a random 'big bang' of nothingness without referring to an uber-complex equation that nobody here has any hopes of ever checking for themselves...I CHALLENGE you.
Atheists (or whatever) have just as much faith as the religious. Once you move beyond the realm of tangible science (gravity, thermodynamics etc) you're using just as much faith as someone that believes a greater power created everything "that is". To deny that is hypocritical and disingenuous.
One puts faith in a preacher's word and a holy book, the other puts faith in a scientist's word and a textbook because at the end of the day, NOT A SINGLE ONE OF YOU has directly witnessed either black holes nor evidence of the big bang for yourself...we're all just taking someone's word for it. (am I saying black holes don't exist? No. I'm making a point)
Also... how is it that the concept of "God" is mocked as a "stupid fairy tale"... but an entire universe magically popping into existence from absolutely nothing and ordering itself in such a perfect fashion that life can take hold isn't?... and I do mean 'magically' quite literally. If I stood on a street corner and somehow made a coin appear out of thin air, you'd call it magic, not science.
Next you guys will be telling me that scientists never lie and are never wrong which will result in a whole new set of LOLs

I'll take the word of someone who puts time and energy into their craft and at least attempts to explain this universe over someone telling me I'm going to hell for sinning against an invisible sky man who loves(?) me.

Is it? Have you read a single holy book for yourself to make a decision or are you just spouting what you've heard everyone else say because its safer to go with the crowd?.. Because basing an opinion of a religion on someone that is obviously neglecting the tenets of whatever religion they're following is ignorant.
"Christians" that condemn others to hell for whatever transgressions are obviously not true Christians since the Bible plainly states not to judge in more than one place using more than one way to say it. So to hoist them up as being mascots of Christianity is also disingenuous.
Should I assume that since one cop was caught f*cking a woman on a car on camera, that he is the standard of law enforcement, all cops f*ck women on their car and we should abolish all of law enforcement?
"Hey look Sandusky molested a kid, so all mentoring programs should be totally destroyed because all of those guys are f*cked up individuals."
Also, you've stated that you've chosen your side but you've sidestepped EVERYTHING I said completely. You may as well have said "You're absolutely right but I don't care and will now stick my fingers in my ears."

RE: What science cant prove.................
Science can't even prove our reality when you get down to the quantum level.
What are we made of? Stuff=Molecules. What are molecules made of ? Atoms.
And what are Atoms made of? Mostly empty space:
Thus is or world.
Quantum physics 101
