That video appeared a few months ago, I saw it and another one here on LOP and they were debunked then as they were now. I checked the old thread, and the video links are different, but now 'private'. Few days ago one of the videos showed up again (this thread) and then went private. Strange it is.

The view of objects in the sky from points north of antarctica may depend not only on the position of the viewer on the planet but also on how close an object in the sky is to the Earth. The closer to the Earth at the Southern most point that an object is the less visible it will be to those further north, even if the object is not directly over the South Pole. And, again, city dwellers know how difficult it can be to see any thing even a little low on our horizon. Sometimes we can't even see airplanes a few miles away or even buildings a few BLOCKS away.

The exact distance that the object in the video is from Earth is not ascertainable because we have no idea how large it is. It may be smaller than our Moon and so be very close but not appear very large. Being small scale would also weaken any effects it may have on Earth while at that distance. It's pretty obvious though, that the object in the video is not merely an asteroid, so it's quite sizable.

You have to first ask yourself how the hell it could have gotten there
without being seen.

Do you still really believe it's not a fake?

Except for the volcanoes. There are always an average of a couple
to three dozen in a state of eruption on this planet at any given time.
Most of those include small out-gassing and mud volcanoes. I think
your estimate is a little high, but overblown imaginations will do that.

The video in this post is silly.

Those sky map images aren't being censored. That part of the sky is
one of the most imaged sections of the heavens. There are lots of
alternative sources for those images. There is nothing restricted,
especially when it comes to images of Orion! It's all well explained
