The last time I went on record to say that there would be a mega earthquake I was off by 20 days.... And there were two 8+ magnitude quakes in the same day. That's never happened before since we've been keeping track.... And it just passes the masses by....

I prepare extensively, the preps of myself and mostly the collaborated preps on my families retreat would no doubt have most members here calling me out for bullshitting if I really went into how in depth and expansive they are. But a magnetic pole shift isn't even on our radar in terms of something we would have to utilize our resources for... so label me if you choose I guess, do you mind if I label you as well then?

Even "big bad FEMA" is making videos telling you it would be a good idea to prepare.... How many Survivor shows have been made this decade? There are people out there with our best interests in mind.... I'm actually far less "doomish" than most posters because I deal with research and truth from group investigation rather than the "Alex Hicks" crap you get on the mainstream internet....

It's never wrong to prepare.

The economy is in deep shit, Fukushima is killing Japan and another explosion (or collapse) could once again affect us here. This is stuff that could affect our lives IMMEDIATELY. That is stuff that is actually happening.

Logically, I am more worried about things like that over things that may not happen for a few hundred years (if the "doom date" is wrong).

There are things we can stop if we fight them, worrying about something we have no control of makes absolutely no sense. What if you prep for a few more years and no major shift happens? What if you go 20 more years without a significant shift?

Will you go to your grave saying "I am proud I was telling people about the shift that didn't happen." or will you go saying "I'm glad I lived a good, respectable life, living it the best I could, appreciating everything around me."
