Not at all, the insight comes from reading the WHOLE story, not just from your book of HOLES!!
I'd say the truth is you're a Jeff Rense/Art Bell junkie...
Nooo, I'm a truth junkie!!
Then fear the Naar whose fuel is men (souls) and stones (crystals). (Quran 2:24)
Wherefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against your pillows, wherewith ye there hunt the souls to make them fly, and I will tear them from your arms, and will let the souls go, even the souls that ye hunt to make them fly. (Ezek 13:20)
More than likely the act of kneeling, bowing (hitting the deck) had its origin at the arrival of Yahweh's Shechinah (warship), bowing out of fear from the Elohim's ships of war!!
If it seeketh, expects, or demands worship, it is not divine!!
If an entity were not judgmental and if an entity were not controlling then it would have no need to be either just nor "merciful" in the first place now would it!? - Cosmah

Everytime we feel like we are "drowning" is life's situations... don't worry our savior walks on water
A gem cannot be polished without friction, nor a man perfected without trials.

Ray Wrote:NutzMcTaffy Wrote:Ray Wrote:Eternal life isn't a good reason?
all I am saying is...
If all of us believers and told we are suppose to go through judgement like everyone else... what is the point of trying to be a good person now.. when we will go through the same hell to get there... I would hope and I do believe we will be taken before that happens... it just makes logical sense to me... because the other way just seems f*cked up
Compared with eternity, our lives here are a split second in time. No matter how much you suffer in the mortal life, doesn't matter that much.
There is a book called Foxe's Book of Martyrs . There are amazing stories of Christians being torn up by lions that apparently felt no pain, praising God as they died. IOW, people of real faith have the Lord comforting them as they are dying for their faith.
If you are a true Christian, you will never really die. Fair enough?
Me, I'm a back slider and still trying to improve.
Buck up believers. To our western minds the thought of suffering and dying for our faith seems distant and foreign...but true believers have been suffering and dying for their Messiah ever since He ascended.
Throughout the last two millennia if you didn't toe the official state religion (which was absolutely corrupt and political) you were beheaded, burned, drawn and quartered, imprisoned, your goods confiscated, or exiled...not necesessarily in that order.
True believers are dying every day RIGHT NOW in this world, why do you think you will escape if the dark waters rise even to this protected land?
You work on living a complete and proper life NOW because you are ambassadors of the Most High. All eyes look at you, scrutinizing every word, every act, every behavior.
You are to transform from your selfish, gluttonous, licencious behavior to one of altruism, love, charity, self-denial and patience...NOW...not expect Him to ignore your sin, and lack of spiritual growth and just translate you into a perfect being before His throne. The Kingdom lives in you NOW. You are to exhibit that station in your life NOW. And it comes with its own reward here and now...His shalom, His completeness and peace.
All pain, trial and testing is the grit that forms you into a sparkling gem in His Kingdom Crown...it grinds you down, removes the imperfections, hardens and makes you a fitting vessel for His light. There is a purpose for it.
Judgment begins in the house of God, ( 1 Peter 4:17 ) you will not escape punishment as a lazy disobedient believer ( Luke 12:47 ). What you will not be is condemned to eternal darkness away from the presence of His esteem...and that is the final judgment you need to fear.
What you have been promised is to not bear the Wrath of God when He cleanses the earth of its filth; the bowls, the trumpets, etc. You will be ensconced somehow whether it means a rapid departure from a physical place or some supernatural protection but you will not bear the plagues cast down on a unrepentant world.
Grow a pair and stand strong in the face of anything the adversary may throw your way and quit worrying about suffering that may come tomorrow.
You have a cloud of witnesses that have gone through pain and death to be in His presence right now. Be one of those who overcome.

RE: Why Christians MUST go through the Tribulation
Am'mi - Brethren,
I am moved, like the trees of a wood are moved. The great falling away of the Faith, divided; is caused by pre~tribulation rapture theology. Indeed, pray that you are counted worthy to escape all these things and stand in front of the Son of Man. Boganares! Hebrews 11, type; Yea, and all things are possible, no weapon formed against you shall prosper. From Faith to Faith, as it is written; the just shall live by Faith.

I just put another controversial article on my website about the Tithe; which is non-existent in the New Testament, but makes churches and TV preachers rich.

It is his own thread ding dong....lighten up......there is a geriatric thread you are probably interested in on some other forum. That's not so hard....like you.
The front page of the forum says "General Discussion" , what part of general discussion do you not get? Oh listen hotshot the thread title must have thrown you off?
