I'm a woman and I believe in sisterhood and women looking out for one another but I know what you mean OP. There are those lesbians that behave like very temperamental high school bullies. If they are your friends, then good but if not, there is a strange combination of physical intimidation, wrath, possessiveness and gossip. It's not a good thing.

I think your generalization is unfair but there ARE those who fit the stereotype thus smearing the outlook on lesbians in general.

Oh this is so true! I adopted a kitten from a "no kill shelter". Well this gestapo of dykes called me every other week. I had also adopted a kitten from a pet store, and after I was thoroughly screened. With reference letters from my vet and even my daughter got a call to assure my being suitable, I was able to adopt a kitten and not be harrased in the aftermath.

But anyway, the dyke organization I adopted "Buddy" from literally called me every other week. "Buddy" died of FIP, Tissue

but not until after I spent over a thousand dollars on him.

The dykes had no problem talking about all their dead kittens either. Buddy's brother died and the other kitten there that I had been interested in also died.

They also had a creepy Vet associated with them and a creepy Egyptian looking vet assistant and their town had a rabies infestation that was Positively Staggering!!!!

Rabies everywhere and in high numbers: Cattle and horses too!!

Made me wonder if they all weren't in cahoots with Covance as they are in close proximity.

Anyway, the dykes pestered me until Buddy died. He was adopted in Oct. and died in February.
