I understand atheism, since I was one for many years. Then, I read the bible. I found that I was against religion, and the hypocrites that claimed to know God. I had thrown out the baby with the bath water.

Each person has their own personal path. I fought hard to find truth, and when faith came to me, I was overwhelmed by the beauty of it.

I now have faith strong enough to die for God, and that will never change. I do not need physical evidence, I know God in my heart.

I've participated in a similar thread by Devout Agnostic, and a lot of the same things were said, including Atheism as a religion, NWO type atheists wanting to reeducate people, Albert Pike stuff, etc.

This is kinda cheesy, but I recently bought The Waltons season 4 for $5 at a pawnshop. I loved that show as a kid, and still love it. Just a tv show, but it pretty well described how one of my Grandpa's grew up.

I understand how Christians are dismayed by the coarsening and vulgarization of contemporary society, and I use profanity a lot, but I bow my head at grace when I have dinner with Christians.

I don't hate you, or think I know everything. I don't like being harassed, but that doesn't often happen except with stupid laws.

Are we cool?

Sure I never dislike any1 until they start hurling personal attacks rather discuss the topic at hand.

Because most beliefs are wrong, historically and factually.

If your beliefs are wrong historically and factually then there is no reason to tolerate them.

These new age beliefs rarely translate into the world they just translate into "me me me". That might not be personally wrong but again I don't need to tolerate people like this when I interact with them because I can adopt people's beliefs in a second and hold them to their own beliefs. If you can't hold yourself to your own beliefs, why the hell would you push them on other people except to be a preaching douche. People need to keep their cults to themselves.
