It's elementary school grammar, and it isn't too hard to grasp. I do get some of the arguments as to why they don't do it, but it still annoys the f*ck out of me. I wish they would just add an apostrophe and another 'e'. It's just two more clicks.

It is hard for a person for whom english is a second language to always get it right. So many english words sound the same that it can be hard to remember which one is correct.
