You could have some kind of tick borne parasite. There are a number of them that cause nasty rashes and never really go away. Rocky mountain spotted fever or Lyme disease are good candidates.

That Son of b*tch!!

Ever since i can remember...When I start to get sick(In this case the start of a cold) I get a Spotted red rash From my ankles to my neck..I have been to the General practitioner and they do not have a clue.. I have not been to a dermatologist about this because it never really worried me.. The rash does not itch and there seem to be no other symptoms.. Any thoughts on the cause??
