They might believe certain things about the symbol, but it isn't exclusive to them, the symbol belongs to others.

For example, you can't say a swastika is bad because of the Nazis. It isn't like they invented the symbol, both kinds of swastika (left facing and right facing) are used in other places in the world, and usually have favorable meanings.

Similarly, the lucifer star (pentagram) isn't a bad thing just because Satanists use it.

I provided those links to show that the hexagram is used by more than just Jews, and the Jews adoption is late compared to other groups of people.

So don't let them hijack everything. Pink doesn't have to do with girls, gay means happy, and the horned hand was probably a mudra before stolen by later people and associated with Satanism.
