I'm not even friends with this person (not anymore, not for a long time). And I've never had a relationship other than friendship with this person. And I don't feel like I'm in love with this person, but thinking about them makes me happy, or maybe I should say I'm just happy knowing they are out there somewhere.

But it's been 5 long years and this person crosses my mind every damn day. For 5 years. WHY??!!!? Why can't I get this person out of my system?

It's driving me crazy....or maybe I am just crazy.

You're obsessed with the idea of the person. Realize it and move on.

Or bang them and move on.

Your call

Youll want to get with your Even-Better match. The other person is a distraction. its misfortune, badness & degrading to like or Love someone who doesnt Love back. The Even-Better match would Love you back on equal ground & feelings. You want the Even-Better match, True Lover.

RE: are Twin Flames real?
At best one might get lucky enough to meet someone who shares the same truth(s) and become best friends, and live happily ever after.

As for twin flame? Sounds new agey and fantasy-like. And thinking about someone you are not even friends with, let alone love, sounds a bit odd.

Well, yeah, it is odd. It's why I'm confused (or crazy). I came across a twin flame/soul article and some of it rang true.

Banging (other poster said this) is not an option (but it did make me giggle). For one, I'm married. But I have no doubt the person in question wouldn't hesitate.

To be clear, I ended the friendship because I shouldn't have feelings for this person at all. We could've been great friends, but mentally, not healthy for me. I would MISS him terribly when I was away from him. If we were across the room from one another, he would stare holes into me. I could see it going somewhere it shouldn't be going and so, removed myself from the situation. Thought if I had distance, I would forget.

5 years later chuckle

Also, it hasn't been 5 years of no contact, I have run into him occasionally and spoke to him off and on. Maybe I should move to another state. S977

You sound like the stalker type. Just sayin'.

If you are married, I feel bad for your husband, he deserves better. And women wonder why they get a bad rep. FOCUS on your husband.
