The term WIFE OF CHRIST or BRIDE OF CHRIST is a concept that derives from the New Testament as well.

Since they can't even be certain Jesus existed, its definitely pulling a fast one to say a wife has been identified lol.

There may have been scriptures that included the idea of a literal woman as his wife that were thrown out of the final accepted scriptures, and it wouldn't matter to most in the world (other than people who think of Jesus is literally God and not a human in the service of God), but the GNOSTICS and NEW GNOSTICS of today are pretty hell bent on introducing these concepts through the media constantly in their hope to lead people away from Mainstream Christianity and into ideas closer to their own.

How come these Gnostics are so bad?
What is their objective, wasn't Jesus a Gnostic?
They don't have churches I have noticed, more an individual progression in the walk with God.

Ugh! One last post for tonight. This is based on the one word, "wife"? It simply could have been referring the "The Bride"....the Church.

The "gnostics" I'm talking about in todays form are the freemasons and satanists among others. Gnosticism is what the New Age movements funded by the elitists is all about, the elitists are largely Gnostic inspired but they aren't like the ancient pre-christian or pre-jewish influence gnostics, some sects for a while now have been quite gross.

I believe Jesus existed, but may not have existed at the time people think or say he did (may have been earlier and the story grew with details made up and put in a more contemporary setting).
