What motivates China into attacking South Korea?

I have been told by MI-5 and ex-CIA that WW3 has been planned and it has always been about China. If China knows this, why not start it on YOUR timeline rather than wait for your enemy to strike? Korea is "crazy" enough to start it and then China can come in strong! Our counter is going to be a biological bug that's released into the population and decimates more than any bomb could do.
The banking leaders already know the World will financially re set this year so a war can only benefit their pockets as they finance both sides!

For all I know, the only thing that isn't true is what I read in the main stream media, all of that stuff is just diplomacy. Deep politics is where the real deals are brokered, and they always refuse to give us the details.
