RE: caffeine......you can break the chain
I don't think withdrawals were really cited as the most difficult, it's the mental addiction as well as the quick boost that hooks most people on coffee. Sorry we can't be a super cool recovering heroin addict like you. Oh well we all post on a forum for fun so guess we are all big f*cking dorks no matter what.

You should probably not talk about addiction as if you're an expert if coffee is the worst thing you've ever been hooked on.

Two aspirin or ibuprofin and you're "withdrawals" are over. Period.

Be yourself. Find Yourself. Find Peace. Find God. Be in joy. Share your joy. Spread it joyfully!

5 stars. I've done the same be4. Bastards use addictive substances to earn people's money and mind.

In between I 've used mostly chamomile.

RE: caffeine......you can break the chain
I'm sorry, but my morning coffee is one of my simple pleasures in life. I have no desire to break that chain. I only drink it in the morning and only drink it black.

I don't like tea so much. And I don't drink pop of any kind either. I got it under control.

Yes, ... All Addictions can be forgotten and walked away from.

You may know me, or are about too. I smoke, drink, have human fun, love tea too, and sex. mmmmm ... more baby's.

And I also follow my heart and clear thinking in love, when I meditate on our galactic heritage, in no way have I found the levels of ascension doing any of the things we do for our 3D enjoyment, detrimental as they have shown to be. but we accept it thusly as a matter of choosing, and the deep knowing that we reincarnate.

Now , I have sat in group sessions when a channelled personage who has enjoyed living an Earthly life, and is speaking in a most humorous way, reaches through the hosts telegraphic body moment for a sip of wine, and a mention of how that brings back a fondness of memory only experienced here on Earth.

the Higher realms have not of this, but rest assured in not having a disappointment. just like in the movie Tron. the first one, when they drank from the water of energy, they felt a rush of rejuvenation. It is same, for us here. But I know of the diversity of flavours on earth, it is a creation I shall gladly share at the waters of life, a variety of flavours and tones to titillate, just like on Earth in approximation of course.

So, I shall enjoy until no effect is taken by me. and I seek it no more. I is the natural way.

But as for Love, well, I could never give that away Heartflowers

MSN reports?

If society fell apart, we - the people would build a new one. Most people are good at their core, and when we see things that are wrong we work to fix them together. Make friends with your neighbors, get involved with your community - because we will rebuild our lives, our communities, from horrible circumstances we always will.

Off the coffee for at least two weeks now,it's amazing how much you crave it when you atempt to give it up.
It's green tea and homemade ginger tea now, what can i say,i;m enjoying the health buzz.

Treat yourself to a cup of piping hot ginger tea, a healthy drink that's great for digestion. Why go out and buy old tea bags when you can easily make your own homemade ginger tea at home using fresh ginger? Here's how to make the tastiest ginger tea you've ever had!

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
•4-6 thin slices raw ginger
•1 1/2 - 2 cups water
•juice from 1/2 lime, or to taste
•1-2 tbsp honey or agave nectar, or to taste

Preparation:

Peel the ginger and slice thinly to maximize the surface area. This will help you make a very flavorful ginger tea.
Boil the ginger in water for at least 10 minutes. For a stronger and tangier tea, allow to boil for 20 minutes or more, and use more slices of ginger.

Remove from heat and add lime juice and honey (or agave nectar) to taste.

The secret to making a really flavorful ginger tea is to use plenty of ginger - more than you think you will need - and also to add a bit of lime juice and honey to your ginger tea. You will also probably want to add more honey than you think you will need as well.

Enjoy your hot ginger tea! A homemade ginger tea is excellent in soothing stomach aches and in aiding digestion.
