Beig reminded that coconut extractions are used in better soaps, shampoos, etc., for lather, it stands to reason that it would clean out and keep the vascular system free by dissolving old fats.

The less oil the better. While the coconut oil is one of the better oils it is best to stay away from all oils.

Not only insulin resistance, but also cancer since the little cells that is our immune system which fights off the cancer become gunked down with oils. They can't function as well.

Also food nutrition absorption is hindered as foods are coated in the oils.

jajoba is also better for skin than coconut

Vitamin E and lycopene will not function without oil. Good oils are essential for good health. Humans need omega oils 3, 6 and 9 and in balance.
