Bones are easy to break and joints are easy to dislocate. Just sayin'.

"Sticks and stones will..." hey good luck, if you have to ask here, seriously, good luck. In fact if you have to ask anywhere, best to call in sick.

I really HAVE to say something else...
Ok, you are eating organic foods, doing cardio exersizes, and flip-flopping kettle-bells? Dude you are doomed, I mean seriously doomed, remember the Mayan prophecy? I hope this "tough-man" competion isn't on 12-21-12, or I'm thinking this might be exactly what the Mayans warned "us" of, even more so this could have been a personal message to you all these years from them. I wasn't a psychic until about 20 minutes ago, however this is what I am seeing...Alistar Overeem, Randy Couture, even Anderson Silva are crying in the semi near future (could be 12-21-12)...they are terrified, it seems you are doomed. I won't get into the other vision of the real Ashley Olsen holding hands with Mandy Moore, Katie Holmes, Victoria Justice, and Heather Lockleer (I have no clue why Heather is there, just saying she is...I'm 20 minutes NEW to this whole vision thing). (lol)
You know you have to be slightly skilled in "ass-kicking" to get into anything dealing with grown men punching each other in the basic head region, right? Forget the head region, even the body region...geez man, cardio isn't really going to help, organic foods will only slightly take the smell away when you "yack" all over your tormentor, the referee, and complete ring in general. Trust me, join a gym, get your ass kicked until even you get annoyed by your painful crying fits, and then start taking notes, in less than a year you might be ready. Train for fighting, if you choose to get into fighting. Don't come here and talk about fitness and getting into a "tough man" competion.
There are people here at LOP that kick serious ass all over the place, best I caught you ahead of some, and clued you in. This is a very dangerous game, don't jump in and pray...best to train hard if you really want this.

Yeah...why not?
Just remember that being crowned a "tough guy" doesn't really make you one...just like with all things. Remember, obama got a nobel peace prize...hehehehe.

Yours or theirs?

remember, it's not about how hard you can hit, it's about how hard you can GET hit and keep moving forward.
