Yep, been happening to me too for the past three days. AT&T in Kentucky. A friend of mine has been having glitchy service as well...also Kentucky... she has Comcast.

Charter here west coast. No outages here today, but for several days this week, been pixelating and tiling a lot. We get it a Lot in SE AZ too.

Ok on the west coast, gone from just quick pixelating to freezing. Very weird. Not usual for this area.

My IE Explorer with Bing version was freezing up a lot.

This (yes, it is legit) site fixed a lot of things for me that were acting up a bit. I recommend it.

well the repair guy came just now and fixed it.
it was the filter the wires are plugged into kept shorting out.
when someone would call it would send just enough juice to make it overload.
he said it was a very simple fix and now all is well again with my internet AND phone.

my At&t broad band has been messing up a little, especially yesterday. it seems to be back to normal today.

they even sent me an email offering me free television on the internet using my at&t.net password. it is called Uverse, Heartflowers
