lucid dreaming- round 2- stories, tips
im getting back into dream recal recently. Im working on becoming lucid hopefully by the end of this year and thats a low possibility but ill try it. I only usually recall my dreams when i wake up in the morning recalling what i was just dreaming of.
So like i was gonna share my dream story but i wanna hear from others who remember dreams. And whatever helps them in dreaming, or lucid dreaming or OBE's. Ill find my dream journal and share some interesting stories i have from my dreams
i downloaded a few of these lucid dreaming sounds

not me, i havent really been into it. like i didnt have a big enough intention to be lucid. I have had some crazy dreams, but getting lucid isnt easy it needs lots of practice and dedication. Ive heard it takes a long while. But they should work especially 5htp.. theres other good ones i heard like b6 melatonin, Choline Bitartrate. im just a begginer

RE: lucid dreaming- round 2- stories, tips
The best lucid dream I ever had was after fasting and tons of exercise.
The Native Americans use to do this, I believe it was called "Dream Quest," and was used to find your life's path.
The lucid dream I had, as a teenager, did show me my life's path, but only up to the age of 34, when what I experienced in the dream came to pass.
At that point I went into a different phase of my life, world travel.
Natural disasters, major attack on the U.S., martial law, civil war, WWIII, foreign invasion/occupation, and then basic survival.

lol i know what you mean, it was worse then when i drank alcohol at the grad parties. (no more alcohol for me). But the first time i got it i made a tea and it was so nasty. Now i just smoke it, i hear the tea is more effective but i cant drink that. i havent tried my dream blend yet in tea.
and a thing about smoking it. I bought calea z. with wild dagga and blue lotus separate. and i forgot but when smoking one of those in joint papers for me, the smoke always used to fly in my eye and burn- so b careful, it hurts

yes, i have read about fasting, i want to try it, did you slowly eliminate food, or do it all a sudden?

RE: lucid dreaming- round 2- stories, tips
I did have one other dream during that time of fasting and exercise that was so lucid I went out looking for the woman I met in the dream.
I knew that the elements in the dream didn't match the time I was in, but I still hoped to meet her back then.
The elements in the dream were of major natural disasters, where the infrastructure is torn apart, so it's still off in the future.
The woman in the dream had (is going to have) a bunch of orphaned children with her.
Natural disasters, major attack on the U.S., martial law, civil war, WWIII, foreign invasion/occupation, and then basic survival.

I did it more gradually, which was more comfortable.
