The ad has been taken offline. What did it say?

They either filled it, or got too many applicants from a place called Lunatic Outpost.

chuckle

Taken down? ooow.

It was an add for a night watcher.

The requirements were to sit and watch a girl sleep between the hours of 11pm and 6am. She would prefer if the person wore an owl suit as they in her mind are the night watchers and that would make her feel at eaze. If they wore the owl suit she would pay 40 dollars an hour. Therewere to be no meal breaks aside from a snack bar which had to be eaten with their back to her even if she was sleeping. Toilet breaks could not be had in the first two hours only serious applicant need apply job might suit actor.

the funniest part for me was where she says U dont HAVE to wear an owl suit but she requires them to at least paste a FEATHER or two to their forehead.

no shit

Jptdknpa I forgot about that bit.

RE: night time watcher required
Lol. I am shopping for a car on that website at the moment. I wonder if I will require an animal suit to pick it up, and why the deal I had made this week didn't work out. I might have to wear the witch outfit from my avatar next time i go to look at one ;P.

chuckle

Actually, I have my car listed on there too. I might ask that who ever buys has to do something silly before I hand over the keys :)

I'm safe in the knowledge that I will never be put into the nuthouse ... My doctors say I would be a bad influence on the other patients.

Hmm I wonder what she would do if she watched the fourth kind first.

"Who says the employment market is suffering? Certainly not anyone looking for a job where all they have to do is sit in someone's room at night and watch them sleep."

Posted by ''Susan of Collingwood'' (in Victoria), the position of ''Night Time Watcher'' is offered, at $30 per hour. ''Recently I have had a lot of trouble sleeping and I think it would be comforting if I knew somebody was there,'' Susan writes, prefacing everything with the note that this is a serious ad and all joke replies will be deleted. Strangely then, she goes on: ''I'd also like it if you were to wear a small owl costume as you do so. I have always found great comfort in the idea that owls are the natural lookouts of our world and so it would really help. I'd be prepared to pay you up to $40 if you were to wear the costume and maybe $35 if you don't want the costume but will stick a feather or two to your forehead.'' Shift times will vary, she warns, and there are no dinner breaks, but a muesli bar will be provided. ''I'd prefer if you didn't face me when you ate the bar as I would find that very offputting even if I'm already asleep. You can of course use my bathroom. But only two hours after I fall asleep to ensure that I won't suddenly wake up to find the room empty.'' Is it April 1 somewhere?
