A lot of spiritual belief systems are presented and discussed here. Do you refer to all of them as fruity? Should everyone here accept your determination as to what constitutes a "fruity" belief system?
Have you always been this full of yourself?
So how many converts to your fruity religion have you made on this board in the last year with that wonderful tact of yours?
Challenge your programming.

A church is like a business. It is the right place and offers the right times for conversion services. The internet is not church nor will it ever be.
I'm not saying it is wrong to talk about religion but what are you trying to accomplish honestly by talking about it?
That is all.
this is where most of the successes of religious conversion come from,
as i pointed out last night, you must be humbled and your spirit broken and have run out of all answers within, then you look without
THATS where they get you,

A lot of broken people who've run out of answers join churches AFTER their prayer to God was answered. That's what you don't understand. If God didn't exist, prayer would be futile, and Christianity would have died like so many other religions. The fact is that prayer produces results, and that is what draws people who used to be skeptics. Brain washing alone can't do it.
I know rational intelligent people who experienced this firsthand who never went to church except for the occasional wedding. I understand that you don't want that to be true, but it is. People really do experience things that can't be reconciled with the atheist paradigm.

RE: proselytizing for dummies
The biggest misconception is that "Forgiveness" was NOT instituted prior to the moment the universe came into play.
That "Forgiveness" required a sacrifice.
The "Sacrifice" occurred in truth,on account of truth, for many people love lies, just look on how the demand to be governed by an outside source, this is the WORST way to run a world let alone live as an individual.
All that was stated by this person was all truth.
The result has been known now for quite a long time.
The means and motives on the other hand have been obscured and twisted to profit the few at the cost of everyone.
Very capitalistic,or is it predatory?
Same diff.
Death is but rouse I know my Immortality has always existed, and so has yours.
Do you want it peaceful or warlike?
It is sad that lies have ruled us for so long that the truth "stinks"
Like Governments are the most vile and destructive construct man has ever devised yet the majority THINK they absolutely NEED it ><.
O well soon enough I will be immune to all there bullets.
Already can see through all the bullshavik.

I'm not interested in making converts. I enjoy pointing out hypocrisy and faulty logic.

RE: proselytizing for dummies
I can see discussing religions and their conspiracy aspect.
But I've never heard religion discussed (in real life) at work, a party or in public with a stranger. It just isn't socially acceptable.
Too many people of different religions. To start blasting about your religion is very inconsiderate and in bad taste. They don't care. So they are treated accordingly.
So - when I see them pushing their agenda at a conspiracy forum it is crazy. They pick and choose which parts of their religion to live by and ignore the rest -- while still claiming they are __________ians.
Now, I have had religious folk knock on my door. A huge invasion of my privacy IMHO.

A lot more people read threads than post on them. You've pretty much proven that insults pass for debating in your book. I'm sure everyone reading this is impressed with your ability to make a point.

If it seeketh, expects, or demands worship, it is not divine!!
If an entity were not judgmental and if an entity were not controlling then it would have no need to be either just nor "merciful" in the first place now would it!? - Cosmah
