RE: ramtha the enlightened
I went to a Ramtha Seattle Intensive back in 1985. I found it useful despite making me a bit dingy at the time. The channeled material time seems to be passed now. I'm doing Avaita Vendata now.

She seems quite the interesting "guru" and I wouldn't place my opinion to far off from your AstroChick.

What sealed it for me was... the eating of Twinkies which were supposed to make you immortal (yes, look it up) and how sales of Twinkies in Yelm went through the roof.

Not far behind was paying $5,000.00 to just have DINNER with Ramtha... How enlightening.

Lmao

Yeah that's true. But people paying that are expecting something in return and for the most part may get a pat or a contract.

Ramtha provides.... [_________] ?

Do you really believe that people paying to have dinner with Obama or Buffet only pay looking to reap rewards?

In some circles Obama is thought of as a messiah
In some circles Buffet is thought of as a guru

To each his own for paying for enlightenment...

but comparing the president to a sideshow is wise?

"President Obama's czar system"
"President Obama Wins Nobel Peace Prize"
"How not to toast the Queen: Obama's awkward royal gaffe"
"Obama bans access to his records the first day in office with this executive order"

Oh-almost forgot one of the best "sideshow" promises
"Barack Obama "Public Will Have 5 Days To Look At Every Bill That Lands On My Desk""
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o5t8GdxFYBU

shall I continue the list of "sideshow" tricks in the current administration?
