Ron Paul gets less than 1% of his political funding from racial minorities. Sure you can find a black Ron Paul supporter but will they open their wallet for him? No. Ron Paul gets less than 1% of his political treasure chest from women. Why do you even need to ask why this is the case. No Paul says he would have voted against the Civil Rights Laws now in place. And yes it is because some states will discriminate against women and minorities given the chance. They already do but the check and balance of a federal government to prohibit States from doing so at least limits the abuse of power of States wanting to discriminate. Ron Paul can not even win an almost excessively White Republican Nomination. It is clear now that the Ron Paul drones who scoured the internet to shove Ron Paul down their throats and skewed straw polls are not going to win the Republican Nomination. If he ran as a White Supremacist in a National 3rd Party run, he might get 13% of the vote. There are always 10% of the population that are sociopaths and another 3% that have had too much of Ron Paul's koolaid to know he is a racist, sexist White Supremacist.
