i have a linksys e2000 with ddwrt on it, how would you go about doing this syslog header business?

Check your router manual for feature support and Cisco website for instructions. I run Kiwi Syslog (free) on my always on older Window PC that I use as a file server which also hosts a web server, FTP server, and some other network and PC monitoring and logging stuff.

I consider a log of all traffic headers a must for anyone concerned about what their PC is doing behind their back. Most suspicious shenanigans are traceable to google related crap BTW, they spy for hire.

Good Lord... Have you people never heard of Linux? WTF is ANYBODY still doing using anything from microsucks???

doomed

Yeah and if you can tell me how to install a piece of software on it that will actually do anything without asking for all sorts of other software installed to do it...
I installed a cd burning software and wanted to write some mp3s to a cd as a music cd and it demanded some other piece of software so I tracked that down and installed it, then it had to have some other piece to be able to read mp3s and something else to conver them to wav files and on and on.
Its bullshit thats not ready for prime time.
I got a friend that can't seem to get it to print pictures AT ALL! but it prints the text on the pages just fine.

Sounds more like complete ignorance on the users part to me.
Never had a single issue with any distro I've ever used.

you want mmx processors from 95-96, expandable gate jumping, iscolated qaud route, with a flex bus terminal with manual disconect hubs, these are pre 800 series protocols and if put together properly will give you modern performance with a hardware system that is unlinkable to the current trace algorythms based on analog preflux not being able to link with the cipher 7 mothership
