why is it that government gives money to women only when they have little ones? 'welfare moms'. are adults less important than kids? lets just encourage the underprivileged to have kids with cash incentives. the govenment should help people of ALL ages or the government should just shut the fuk up.

i dont have kids, but would like to have them later.

i dont mean to treat kids like pests, but that we should also treat older people well. thats what i meant. not to fawn over children and then treat older people like crap. not to care about fetuses MORE than those that are already around you. that is the point i was making and i think that was the point bill hicks was making. no one is saying kids dont matter,but that kids are not the ONLY thing that matters. grown people matters too.

Eh.. ya may want to hange the title of your post then.. I didnt even bother to watch the vid because of it.

As to the rest of it.. eh.. Certainly all people should be treated with dignity and respect... But honestly? I think kids DO hold at least some small edge over us old folks in this regard. I mean if it came down to saving me or saving one of my kids, ABSOLUTELY save the young ones. I mean.. Ive HAD my shot, they are just starting out with theres ya know? And lets face it.. Many of us old bastards are little more then future fertilizer at this point... The young will be the ones who have to decide what to DO with said fertilizer... And everything else we leave behind.
