Well point of view probably decides most, for instance most people would think it a tad odd to send a tank and armored swat car because a parent wished not to vaccinate their child, or how the herd sits in front of an optical lie and learns how everything is supposed to be, as far as snapping - probably uncontrollable anger or emotion, been saved up.
