Yeah, but it's always quite the pleasure when you are out there digging around and go to crush up a clump of dirt ... and it's not dirt. Have crushed up one too many clumps of that "dirt". <barf>

LOL - I used to be the angry neighbor when I owned a house in the city - neighbor (who I really am friends with even still) would let his dog out - no leash - and very ill. My lawn was impeccable ... I spent my weekends lovingly planting flowers, grilling, watering - and then walk out to my front porch to see a shit that started at one side of my lawn - travel over my sidewalk and over the other side of my lawn.

I, pissed off, would take my small shovel and gather said shit and stalk down the street three houses and toss that shit onto my neighbor's yard, er, driveway or sometimes I would hit the house (I cannot imagine what I looked like stalking down the street). Ex-neighbor and I laugh about it now - he even wondered one time how dog shit got on his house... ooooo I used to get so mad. chuckle

Now where I live there are so many walked dogs and cats that live in/out of the house that I just have to deal with it.

Meh, I'm moving next year - HOWEVER when I get out there this Saturday - I will have gloves on. and a long handled shovel - do not want any close encounters with E.Poo.

I watched the documentary by National Geographic last night called "The Last Lions" (well worth watching, though it's kinda graphic) and a statement in the movie hit me pretty hard - "100 years ago there were approximately 250,000 lions in the wilds of Africa, today there may be less than 20,000".

It's enough to give one pause .......

I love Boston but it Has a tragic meaning for me. I had a friend that gave me all his Boston Cd's out of the blue one night Didnt understand why he wanted me to have his cd's till the next day. He gave away everything he owned to people he cared about then killed himself. So I love Boston but cry every time I listen to them.
