But perhaps their really is people living underground somewhere and they read an laughed because it was all true. For science to some is fiction and even real life as they say it basically stories of fiction yet if we start to believe we can make the fiction become real. Then again perhaps we are all apart of a science fiction story where it became non fiction to the people in the story.

Not that shit again, I said sometimes new accounts of already banned are allowed til we either discover who they are or til we see that did not evolve.
We don't automatically check new registered nicks if they are on the ban list, often enough they have new IPs or even new providers so it would be even not obvious.

Socks would mean that they have more than one active accounts.
Since his other was banned it is not the case here.
