I assume Russians are bombing the roads/bridges to delay advance.

Here is another video of the Turkish army convoy when it was still driving earlier through Idlib before the Russians started bombing the route. I am just sharing it so you know how big this convoy is.

BIG things happening in Idlib/SW #Aleppo:

Turkey has deployed 40-60 vehicles (including tanks) through Atareb & Sarmada into al-Eis to reinforce de-escalation zone & deter Assad regime violations.

Regime responded with artillery fire.

Ankara deployed F-16 escorts.

Saudi coalition fights itself.
-----------

Yemen Separatists Seize Control of Aden

Separatist forces in Yemen have surrounded the palace of the internationally-recognized president in the interim capital of Aden, throwing the southern Arabian nation into further political chaos.

The fall of Aden ends two days of fighting between troops loyal to President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi and forces with the Southern Transitional Council, a group formed last year to revive the former independent state of South Yemen.

The fighting split the Saudi-led coalition formed after Houthi rebels chased Hadi's government out of the capital, Sanaa, in northern Yemen.

That's a big GF Yourself sort of statement, which is probably true - for now.

What concerns me is this: will these two NATO allies actually start shooting at each other? I would not put that past Erdogan. And were that to occur, then what? It could develop into an even greater vat of blood soaked noodles.

Gods, what a mess! Erdogan desires a return to the Ottoman Empire's borders, the area has at least three million excess young men who can't find a wife and they're pissed off, my own country destabilized Iraq, everybody over there seems to HATE everybody else, religion, money, water ... good God. Methinks we'll see a lot more blood, and for years to come at that.

It ain't over. Not by along shot - no pun intended.

ARRRRGH!

On the heels of another chemical attack in Syria, the Trump admin now says that evidence points to Assad developing “new [chemical] weapons.”

France MFA spox on new reports of suspected Syria chlorine attacks: This is of the utmost concern to us. France does not accept that the CW convention can be challenged. We are actively working with our partners on this issue and on all reports of new CW attacks in Syria.

US is establishing what it looks like a permanent military/air base in Harir, northwest of Erbil, in Kurdistan Region.
Today I passed through the base that is still under construction.
