Riiiiiight...

Canada.. Hudson bay -28C seems like just the sort of polar temperatures that would be dipping a bit lower than they should but are these temps consistently this low for long periods and have the extreme cold periods been getting longer each year.. that bay can become very icy most winters I thought .. for some reason certain shipping were restricted during winter months?

from about this time last year

Research team detects an acceleration in the 25-year satellite sea level record

Quote:These increases were measured using satellite altimeter measurements since 1992, including the U.S./European TOPEX/Poseidon, Jason-1, Jason-2, and Jason-3 satellite missions. But detecting acceleration is challenging, even in such a long record. Episodes like volcanic eruptions can create variability: the eruption of Mount Pinatubo in 1991 decreased global mean sea level just before the Topex/Poseidon satellite launch, for example. In addition, global sea level can fluctuate due to climate patterns such as El Niños and La Niñas (the opposing phases of the El Niño Southern Oscillation, or ENSO) which influence ocean temperature and global precipitation patterns.

Isn't that about 18 degrees Fahrenheit? Isn't that cold enough for sea ice to form?

pretty much around that..
why I asked if sea ice was a common occurrence on Hudson bay enough to restrict shipping.. I could go and search it I guess

This isn't spam.

This is the harsh reality too many of you will have to face, and are facing without knowing it.

The world is on track to burn, geoengineering is a huge cause of it. They are literally "making it cold" with artificial ice nucleation (look it up) to fool you all into being confused.

It's not confusing. Geoengineering has destroyed the outer atmosphere and the Ozone layer is literally dissolving. When it goes, best predictions 7 years or less, there will be no life left on the surface.

This is THE BIG ONE. This is the one thing they all work together to cover up, because when people figure it out, there will be no hole deep enough to hide in. That's why all this political theater, to keep you all in place, to die all at once as a species.

Yep.

Quote:tu quoque
You avoided having to engage with criticism by turning it back on the accuser - you answered criticism with criticism.

Pronounced too-kwo-kwee. Literally translating as 'you too' this fallacy is also known as the appeal to hypocrisy. It is commonly employed as an effective red herring because it takes the heat off someone having to defend their argument, and instead shifts the focus back on to the person making the criticism.

Example: Nicole identified that Hannah had committed a logical fallacy, but instead of addressing the substance of her claim, Hannah accused Nicole of committing a fallacy earlier on in the conversation.

Quote:The most powerful episode of poleward heat transport into the stratosphere on record has split the stratospheric polar vortex in two.

The polar vortex forms in the winter in the stratosphere when there is no UV energy to heat the ozone in the upper stratosphere.

A zone of high winds, called the polar night jet, normally spins high above the Arctic. Normally there is one cyclonic vortex centered near the pole.

Right now, there is a weak, warm anticyclone above the pole and there are two cold cyclonic vortices spinning over north America and Eurasia.

There is intense compressional heating above the Labrador sea and central Eurasia caused by this planetary wave number 2 of unprecedented power.

The image above shows what northern hemisphere planetary wave no. 2 looks like — warm over the Arctic and oceans — cold over the continents.

This wave pattern is intensified by the presence of warm water and the loss of sea ice on the Atlantic side of the Arctic.

A Cat may look upon a King.
