No, before 3.1 there was 3.0 and then 3.0a and there may have been a 3.0b

3.1 also had later update versions with a and then b tagged on.

The others were for spare parts...

We also had a commodore computer...

I had a copy of Windows 1. It was slow and stupid, and running DOS was much better. Windows3.1 was the breakthrough.
