Israel launched strikes along the Golan Heights border region, reported Syrian state media on Monday evening.
Israel Defense Forces’ tanks struck a razed hospital and an observation position in Quneitra, creating only material damage, according to local Syrian media.
Tanks targeted numerous regime posts in Quneitra linked to the regime of Syrian President Bashar Assad, the report added.

RE: Israel shells/strikes Syrian positions.
You know who else does that? The CFR, Saudi, American, British (and some others, like Israel, of course) supported/established/funded Al-Qaeda.

"The Syrian rebels would be immeasurably weaker today without al-Qaeda in their ranks. By and large, Free Syrian Army (FSA) battalions are tired, divided, chaotic, and ineffective. Feeling abandoned by the West, rebel forces are increasingly demoralized as they square off with the Assad regime's superior weaponry and professional army. Al-Qaeda fighters, however, may help improve morale. The influx of jihadis brings discipline, religious fervor, battle experience from Iraq, funding from Sunni sympathizers in the Gulf, and most importantly, deadly results. In short, the FSA needs al-Qaeda now."

And more recently...

"While the self-proclaimed Islamic State has dominated the headlines and preoccupied national security officials for the past four years, al-Qaeda has been quietly rebuilding. Its announcement last summer of another affiliate—this one dedicated to the liberation of Kashmir—coupled with the resurrection of its presence in Afghanistan and the solidification of its influence in Syria, Yemen, and Somalia, underscores the resiliency and continued vitality of the United States’ preeminent terrorist enemy."

Israel can be well, american be well, britain can be well and the cfr can be well.
