Like it slights their memory and death, or is it OK?

i still talk out loud to hubby's mother, i love her and although shes dead shes still alive and well on the other side of this place.
i speak out loud to her sometimes and i know that she will hear it.
i cant explain HOW i know, just that she can and does hear me.

Their spirits are still alive (in the AFTERLIFE) and are glad that you are thinking and talking about them.

Ask out loud, for them to meet you in your dreams if they aren't already.

Do you think they are in heaven? You can ask them to pray for you, because they are saints if they are in heaven. You can always ask for the intercession of God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and the Saints (Such as the Virgin Mary) if you experience misfortune.

It's not bad, it might become scary if you start hearing them talk back.

Friend, we live in a world where Job is only God spelled with different letters. Your dead friends are solo friends. Remember them for a minimum of seven seconds with fondness.

Depends on how good a friend they were.

If you have to ask .. then you know it's a wrong thing to do.
Talk out loud to them? Sure. That's fine.
But to insult them is just mean.
They can't talk back and defend themselves.
So yes, it's wrong.

What if they got insulted while alive, and liked it?
