Life is most likely a "video game" created by a higher intelligence. We are creating our own "video games" as well. It's a constant never ending, never beginning simulation. Creators creating more creators that create more "life".

Goal? Don't be boring or you'll get formatted for something more interesting.

hmm , boring seems a pretty fickle and capricious word , that could be interpreted any number of ways depending upon any subjective point of view . can you give a hard definition and examples which suit natures template of survival ? Popcorn

Yeah pretty much. Either way the game ends, before another begins. It is fascinating watching the shift.

Seems like FSM with their emphasis on Holiday, but on a Federal twist. More power of you pull it off. Holiday Federals is the counter-culture trendzors.

Nothing can live without killing something else. That's just the way it works.

thats true , but you could argue that the biggest killers actually compromise their own survival in their ecosystems. so knowing the middle path of where to fit in their niche rather than seeking domination by killing off that is other than themselves seems more congenial to long term survival .

also the refinement of the definition of killing should probably be done. a person eating a fruit or vegetable , or of killing a poisonous spider which is in their home , for instance engages in an act of killing, technically , though this is largely unavoidable ....however something like genocide of a race is altogether unnecessary , but due to the vagueness of your categorization would find no distinction in the significance of their effectiveness of survival according to nature.

Kill the apple, don't kill the tree.

so we should go around nuking apples just because they are there ...or should we put the fruit to some use i.e. eating it for sustenance ?
