Tourism is not an industry the only thing it produces is memories. This is not stable or sustainable.

RE: State Department Warns Americans Of Kidnapping Risk In 35 Countries
I have hated the English ever since the bastards teamed up with those psyop agents we call the founding fathers. They cooked up a bs war making our barefoot starving peasant soldiers think they defeated the greatest army ever. Illusions within illusions. Actors. Fake history. We dumbshit Americans have never left the control of the crown. And I blame you dumbshit English peasants for letting this happen to us. We were innocent young explorers conquering the world and you let your snakes follow us to the new world and they jumped in front of the people and became the leaders. It is your fault because as the prophet said: a person stumbles over a stone in his path because those who passed before didn't remove the stone. The good people left England and the conformists stayed behind and sucked their master's ass. And your suck ass ancestors sat on their conforming asses and laughted as the magicians came for us. I'm ashamed to be half irish and one forth Scot.
I strongly feel we should ban the English from this forum or at least shun them.

State Department Warns Americans Of Kidnapping Risk In 35 Countries, Including Parts Of Mexico And Africa

PHILADELPHIA (CBS/CNN) — The U.S. State Department has updated its travel advisories for 35 countries with a new indicator to highlight the risk of kidnapping and hostage taking. The announcement comes days after American tourist Kimberly Sue Endicott and her tour guide were rescued by security forces after being abducted in Uganda’s Queen Elizabeth National Park.

On Tuesday, Ugandan police announced the arrests of some people in connection to the kidnapping and are still actively investigating the incident.

High-threat countries including Uganda will now be labeled with a “K” in order to “communicate more clearly to U.S. citizens the risks of kidnapping and hostage taking by criminal and terrorist actors around the world,” the department said Tuesday.

Travel advisories the following countries have been updated to include the “K” indicator: Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Bangladesh, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Colombia, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Kenya, Lebanon, Libya, Malaysia, Mali, Mexico, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Russian Federation, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine (in Russian-controlled eastern Ukraine), Venezuela, and Yemen.

I guess all that winning has put Americans in danger around the world. I expect this list to grow as Trump decide to cut aid to every central American country.

pretty soon Americans wont be able to go anywhere other than Canada.

But we're still required to pretend all those folks are awesome, and welcome them with open arms when they show up at our door with their hand out, right?

Right.

Just checking.

RE: State Department Warns Americans Of Kidnapping Risk In 35 Countries
There are massive amounts of expats living in Mexico down through central and south america.Besides the climate the majority are living a more luxurious life than at home due to wealth inequality, plainly put your dollar goes much farther.
Some live amongst the general population some live in gated expat communities.Governments and it's citizens tolerate this for the money they bring .There is allways underlying resentment since this raises food and housing costs.
When the US dollar implodes the resentment will rise well above the surface and you will see a mass return of expats to their home countries .

RE: State Department Warns Americans Of Kidnapping Risk In 35 Countries
It used to be that the majority of expats around the world were working overseas .Now the demographics have flipped where the majority are retirees taking their wealth out of their home countries. These are not the super rich who go to Aruba or Monaco etc but retirees who like to see their money go farther, and who wouldn't mind a maid.
My point is thus it is immoral to create wealth out of your home country and extract it ,this is a small potatoes version of the elites extracting their wealth from their home countries.

Thanks, but I'm glad I saw enough of the world before it turned to sh*t.

Go to Canada? Pffft.

There's enough great stuff to see in my own country. Also, why is North Korea not on that list? Remember Otto Warmbier!
