Military 'intelligence' question

So, like yeah,
When the emperor of the hegemony of moloch,
Says, to a commander of his,

'I have only two options for you, fat man or skinny guy, that's it'

To what mil. Options, is he referring, and what are the overt differences between the two methodologies?

Small Tactical Atomic.

But In this Day and Age it would be
Skinny 15,000 or Fat 21,000 tons of Explosive force (Nuke).
W54 nuclear warhead, "Davy Crockett," or Mk54

I'd say right the translation would be:

"Choose between slitting your own throat, and shooting yourself in the head. That's it."

The overt difference would be between slowly (or not that slowly, after all) bleeding out, for up to a minute, or saving yourself the misery, and just be done and over with it in a split second.

You've got some really nice choices there, buddy.

RE: Military 'intelligence' question
Come to think of it... one could try playing their own game against them. A risky move, but when faced with no other options (plenty of options there, just none one is actually willing to take)...

Has Pentagon ever received orders to make preparations for a Venezuela campaign? If it has, then that can be used as an excuse to avoid NK and Iran campaigns.

Incompetence before guilt, remember?

After all, that's how the CIA's been able to survive for so long, even with all the unspeakable crimes they have committed against the U.S.

If they're pushing you into a war against a nuclear-armed opponent, slip away by going into a war with a non-nuclear-armed one. It might buy you just enough time for something unexpected to pop up, and surprise everybody, including the people trying to kill you all off.

Of course, biding for time in a situation when time is quickly running out for everybody (friends and enemies alike) may not be a real choice, after all.

As I said... plenty of options there, just none one is actually willing to take.

Fear? Honor? Wishful thinking?

Whatever it may be stopping one from taking into consideration any and all possibilities for survival, they are all meaningless and insignificant distractions when one is truly faced with death.

Death, in the end, is indeed the only true advisor.
