Your statement above requires PROOF.

Mueller did NOT prosecute Trump.

It's over....except for the new investigation into the democrats.

Considering that from the get-go Mueller wouldn't be charging McKinley a sitting president with zilch so that's a moot point.
Trump is named as un-indicited Individual #1 in Cohen's indictment/plea deal
It kind of IS the point. Dems were counting on the Mueller report to be the "Gotcha" moment. It wasn't. They have painted themselves in to a corner with promising their voter base that they would "get him" concerning the President. They failed to deliver and are desperately grasping at anything to make them look like they are keeping their promise. And the most devoted of that voter base refuses to see that there probably isn't anything coming down the pipe.

Cohen going to jail for perjury and fraud..lying to the investigators and supreme court..so dems want him as a witness.
It is kind of funny using a perjurer as a witness.

Also what ever happened to attorney-client privelege.

I though you could only breach it if somebody was in imminent physical harm.

Back after Cohen was raided Trump/Lawyers waived attorney-client privilege.

Impeachment is becoming a louder and louder cry by the many Dems. It all they have left. I say do it. Then watch how everyone who voted Dem and who isn't driven solely by, "Trump is the Antichrist" rhetoric turn on them (Democratic party leaders) because they are sick of it being the only focus/obsession of the party.

The Mueller Report is now in the hands of Congress, 10 unnamed ,2 named ongoing cases from the Mueller Report were handed over to state prosecutors, plus there's over 15 ish ongoing cases involving Trump in the SDNY,Wash DC and Virginia.
Mueller also stated in his report that the FBI could find info on conspiracy with Russia.

There's also Rick Gates whose sentencing keeps getting delayed due to his continuous help in numerous investigations.

No one knows zilch about what's coming down the pipe.

If there is something, then let there be something and real action taken on it. If not, just more of the same bullshit that has been fed the American public that there really IS something there even though it doesn't look like there is. And all that has been offered to this point is accusation with little or no actual evidence to back it up.

The smoking gun is Cohen's documents showing Sekulow's editis for Cohen's Congress testimony on the Trump Tower Moscow to align with Trump's campaign lies on the time line.

If lying was illegal, all politicians would be in jail.

chuckle

Along with everybody else.

Lying is against the law.

You can’t lie or falsify information for taxes and other legal documents. You can’t lie in court. You can’t lie about your age to purchase liquor or other products.

Considering that from the get-go Mueller wouldn't be charging McKinley a sitting president with zilch so that's a moot point.
Trump is named as un-indicited Individual #1 in Cohen's indictment/plea deal

Mueller (and Weissman) have a reputation as over-aggressive prosecutors.

Mueller deceived the court to keep 4 men in prison (Bulger case).

Judge Ellis among others gave Mueller's team a lot of pushback.
The 77-year-old appointee of President Ronald Reagan went on to colorfully describe what he thinks Mueller's team is up to with the pressure it is putting on Manafort.

“The vernacular is to 'sing,' is what prosecutors use. What you got to be careful of is they may not only sing, they may compose,” Ellis said.

Mueller could have made a recommendation (which Barr expected) on a Trump indictment.

Instead he delivered a "on one hand, on the other hand" discussion.

That no collusion was found and the justification for the initial investigation is rapidly disintegrating moots a lot of the questions that anti-Trumpers just revel in.

USA is ruled under mosaic laws with its judicial system and judges.

That shalt not bear false witness (lying under oath in a court of law).

There are no others commands for not lying in the OT. Both Moses and the Ten Commandments are statuesquely represented on the facade of the US Supreme Court building.
