Instrumental music stands the test of time because it's missing lyrics that mark it with a time period.

Lyrics
I used to rule the world
Seas would rise when I gave the word
Now in the morning, I sleep alone
Sweep the streets I used to own
I used to roll the dice
Feel the fear in my enemy's eyes
Listen as the crowd would sing
Now the old king is dead! Long live the king!
One minute I held the key
Next the walls were closed on me
And I discovered that my castles stand
Upon pillars of salt and pillars of sand
I hear Jerusalem bells are ringing
Roman Cavalry choirs are singing
Be my mirror, my sword and shield
My missionaries in a foreign field
For some reason I can't explain
Once you go there was never, never a honest word
And that was when I ruled the world
It was a wicked and wild wind
Blew down the doors to let me in
Shattered windows and the sound of drums
People couldn't believe what I'd become
Revolutionaries wait
For my head on a silver plate
Just a puppet on a lonely string
Oh, who would ever want to be king?
I hear Jerusalem bells are ringing
Roman Calvary choirs are singing
Be my mirror, my sword and shield
My missionaries in a foreign field
For some reason I can't explain
I know Saint Peter won't call my name
Never an honest word
But that was when I ruled the world
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
I hear Jerusalem bells are ringing
Roman Calvary choirs are singing
Be my mirror, my sword and shield
My missionaries in a foreign field
For some reason I can't explain
I know Saint Peter won't call my name
Never an honest word
But that was when I ruled the world

BS. The same linage that has controlled humanity since at least the beginning of civilization still rules.

The answer is in the name of the genre, they’re classical classics, Mozart wasn't suckered into a record deal where his only freedom for music was to crap out the “freshest” of songs, the type of songs hat get forgotten about in less than a year.

The same linage of magicians who have controlled and enslaved humanity with deception are still in control today with all their fake bands using one face playing multiple roles. You can bet your ass Mozart and the rest were controlled or part of the family. Who knows if those ancient fks even existed as presented
Note the number of musicians playing their roles as disinfo agents at lop. Also note how musician and magician are so similar words.

Because classical music is the basis of all music to follow.

Yeah I think it has something to do with originating from the 'Golden Age' time.

Looks like some info in the currently pinned thread:

http://lunaticoutpost.com/thread-131858.html
"AMERICA BEFORE: THE KEY TO EARTH'S LOST CIVILIZATION! Was an advanced civilization lost to history in the global cataclysm that ended the last Ice Age?"

and I wouldn't be surprised if it ties into the official changing of the original hertz of music. Which was quite recently in the scheme of things, so that's interesting too.

There are many "Genres" of music but Classical seems to top them all....why is that ?

because it's the music which survived

you think all the music of the time of Mozart, Bach, Vivaldi etc survived?
nope, far from. most of it is simply forgotten

It's automatic. It touches something the other shallow music touches upon barely. It is not like Arnold saying he'll be Bach. It is more about Beethoven. I think if a child sits back and really thinks about it...it isn't loud and clangy noise and let's the listener ponder more on the intent rather than say oscar in the trash clanging the trash lid in beat and makes you dance left and right uniformly. Classical is more free of the rock and roll bars.

Pop music is about novelty and classical is about beauty. Beauty strikes a real chord in our soul.

This is one of the first instruments ever created.

Perhaps the drum first.
Hitting two sticks together.

Our voice.

So on and so forth.

There is no test of time.
For time is an illusion.

A cliche perhaps.

But a door to truth nonetheless.

Most all music was popular at the time of it's creation.

The majority are full of fear.
Mimicking the mob makes them feel safe from beings like...Me.

For better understanding. Todays music lost creativeness and went south by mens/womens devices to devise and splinter in the mind. There is no art like creator art that isn't hijacked, chopped up, shortened, processed, etc.

Because it is pure and touches the soul

Bach, Beethoven, Mozart, Vivaldi, Tchaicovsky, Handel, Wagner

More modern....Basil Poledouris was amazing. Basil composed the original Conan soundtrack ( I watched it last night on cable)

Pop music has been around since forever. it is the music
of the masses.

comparing pop to classical is like comparing bananas to apples

classical was indeed the pop music of it's time..

which evolved from a 'pop music' of an earlier age
