Monday Supper Thread

I just got back from the gym where of course I maxed out, I usually max out in the morning but I'd an appointment then. So now it's supper time, I'm reheating a roast chicken I got at Hy Vees for $5. I dusted it liberally with ground sage which I love. With that I've some spicy cabbage salad. To drink I'll have coffee with cream. Dessert will be dates and bitter apricot seeds.

I hope y'all had a maximum kind of day and are having some good food and drink for supper. Discuss the matter here or just tune in for the fun of it.

I'll soon make some steak sandwiches on the panini grill. Probably a salad too.

I'm not hungry but I've got some eggs and cheese I should use soon. Same with some bread I baked yesterday. I'm thinking maybe grilled cheese sandwiches with a fried egg in the middle. And maybe a mug of tomato soup. Then I'll have an instant coffee flavored milkshake using vanilla bean ice cream for a treat afterwards.

Grilled cheese with egg, that sounds good, then you dip it in the tomato soup.

Wash it down with a coffee milkshake.
