Not a chance, bubba.

Orange Turdman has been impeached and will go down in history for having been an impeached President.

Perhaps he will also go down in history as the first President to be sent to jail or (dare I say it?) hung from a lamp-post by his fellow citizens.

Did you bother reading the other thread ?

I never said the supreme court would interfere in Trumps impeachment process .

With these 2 I have 6 former Supreme Court justices that agree The Supreme Court “could” intervene on unconstitutional matters .

But I’m sure you know more than 6 Supreme Court justices. Because orange man mean tops any actual hatd data.

I wish a closed mind came with a closed mouth .

Quote:Two former, well-respected justices of the Supreme Court first suggested that the judiciary may indeed have a role in reining in Congress were it to exceed its constitutional authority. Justice Byron White, a John F. Kennedy appointee, put it this way: “Finally, as applied to the special case of the President, the majority argument merely points out that, were the Senate to convict the President without any kind of trial, a Constitutional crisis might well result. It hardly follows that the Court ought to refrain from upholding the Constitution in all impeachment cases. Nor does it follow that, in cases of presidential impeachment, the Justices ought to abandon their constitutional responsibility because the Senate has precipitated a crisis.”

There’s nothing stopping him . The abuse of the process in the House of Representatives is enough by it’s self .

If he takes the case before the Supreme Court is a good chance will side with him .

If you think the left is in raged now .

Just wait .

Yeah, SCOTUS should erase it from the internet.

All newspapers that reported it should be confiscated and burned.

I agree with your sarcasm the SCOTUS has no power to remove the fact and the media that reported the fact that Trump is forever impeached, Trump is the IMPOTUS.

Also FD is really stupid arguing that the SCOTUS could be asked by the POTUS to "overturn" an impeachment.

The constitution gives sole powers of impeachment to the house. Trump could beg the SCOTUS and threaten the SCOTUS to "overrule" the impeachment. Trump could fall on the floor and kick and scream and they would never decide to take it up because it has nothing to do with them and they would be acting unconstitutionally in attempting to do anything like that.

This thread gets 1* and a kick in the OP's ass. chuckle

If he's not convicted, the indictment is meaningless.

The people running against him should not be involved in this process.
Voting to impeach or remove potentially benefits them in their race for the Presidency.
How can that be any better or different than the accusation that PRESIDENT Trump was trying to have Biden investigated to help him win the election?

no, actually not. Not unless somebody bends the rules and creates some new precedent out of thin air.

Trump is going to have to live with being impeached by a bunch of dishonest sh^t bags who voted his impeachment along purely partisan lines for partisan gains, or losses.

The dull kids in the class, playing bully
The House Deviated From The Impeachment Processes and guidelines.
That Alone is grounds for dismissal.

Then the House denied access to the defendants lawyer.
Defendant could not have legal representation in house proceedings.

Then The 2nd 3rd 4th hand Information used against defendant had
no first hand sources.

After the impeachment is over and done with.
TRUMP could in theory petition the SCOTUS.
To over turn the house findings and throw
the whole thing out.

the whole thing is NULL
