My take on this threadage. I have never suffered from depression yet so take this with a pinch. Think of what might have brought you here to this place now.... Trillions of years of eternity to the power of 80 Trillion quadrillion eons of nothing. Suddenly something turned the light on and here YOU are...this fantastic once-off,... for just a second in the greater eternal 'order' of all things...You see, you hear, you hate, you love, you fall down, you get up, you feel... You will go back to the great eternal nothingness like all of us forever...but damn it all, you are here and anything is possible as long as you feel and breath...even if its a really bad feeling.

Why rush the inevitable where there is truly no freedom....no memory?

It has been said that Poland is dead, exhausted, enslaved, but here is the proof of her life and triumph.

Important information for all concerned.....

Who Can Help

The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: 1-800-273-TALK (8255)

A free, 24/7 confidential service that can provide people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress, or those around them, with support, information, and local resources.

The Veterans Crisis Line and Military Crisis Line: 1-800-273-8255, Press 1

The Veterans Crisis Line and Military Crisis Line connect veterans and service members in crisis and their families and friends with qualified, caring U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs responders through a confidential toll-free hotline, online chat, or text.

Crisis Text Line: 741-741

This free text-message service provides 24/7 support to those in crisis. Text 741-741 to connect with a trained crisis counselor right away.

I think maybe the crisis text line is a bot service.....

There is enuff research online and in the libraries on depression but the only understanding of true depression are those who suffer from it and they won't say...which makes the study basically mute imo.

If I were to end my life by my own hand I'd head to the ocean to do the deed...I could not imagine doing it anywhere else..

smoke weed

Never smoked, or done drugs in my life.

Drink some of the lite stuff though like Wine Coolers or the soda type drinks.

If you are comparing weed with other drugs, you are as ignorant as your overlords would have you.

It's not the same. Alcohol is way more dangerous and harmful any day of the week.

OP getting a new job with higher pay is brilliant advice.
There's a chance OP doesn't believe that he could get a better job.
You do have to believe in yourself and take action, or things will remain the same.

They will remain the same, dragging and holding you down in a pit of doom and hell;
But just think how much fun you'll have telling all your friends about how sad and depressed you are.

OP HAS ALREADY EXPLAINED IN OTHER THREADS WHY HE cannot GET ANOTHER JOB ! Dumbass

Whether you believe you can, or whether you believe you can't. - You're correct either way.

People with depression should avoid alcohol like they would avoid the black plague.

Shut up fool, you know NOTHING about depression and how debilitating it is !

I know this about depression: You have to TRY to get out of it. Not just accept it and wallow in it and play the part of a victim.

The cure is to make a list of life goals and then start working on them.
And deliberately focus on the good in your life instead of that bad. That's why they say gratitude is the thing to start with. It really does work.

Focusing on weakness is just being a pu$$y. And frankly, some just love the attention of "being so depressed and downtrodden".

Bullshit

They don't say, because there really aren't the words to explain it in a way that it can be understood by someone who hasn't experienced it.

Stay strong ghost. There's some nice people here who care. I don't think you should start smoking weed. It can make things worse. Plus if you get a job opportunity, you will probably have to take the whiz quiz. Find things to work on like your videos. That was cool.

Doesn't this OP ever get tired of whining and sniveling
about his crappy job, crappy car, and crappy life?

The one, real, CRAPPY thing about your life is YOU.

These "sorry for myself" - twisted pantie posts
of yours - got old months ago. FFS, man up.

Change into what OP?

Any time I hear people say the earth sucks or it needs changing, it means your life sucks and needs changing, not ours.
