Putin blames ‘criminal negligence’ for deadly Siberian mall fire

Quote:Moscow — Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday the deadly fire in Kemerovo was a result of "criminal negligence", according to comments aired by state television from Kemerovo.

Russian authorities on Monday denounced what they called "flagrant violations" of safety norms that led to the deaths of at least 64 people, many of them children, in a fire at a busy shopping mall in an industrial city in Siberia.

Just watching the News, and a big march is underway in the City of Kemerovo by broken, but still strong Citizens; and their one chant is "Truth".

One Iconic scene imo...

‘Why did Misha burn to death?’ Vice gov. kneels for forgiveness after Kemerovo mall fire

Imagine this response after the UK's The Grenfell Tower fire?

So you are saying they were cutting corners and putting the coin in their own purse.

The teacher died in the fire in Kemerovo, save the children

Quote:– When the panic rose, Tatiana pushed her daughter out of the building. When I heard that upstairs in the cinema, there were children, the teacher came back to help get them from the upper floors. There were, – says Polina. – El was her only daughter.

Cutting costs to boost Investor Dividends is a global phenomenon. Probably leads to many more Horrific deaths than even Terrorism around the World.

Has Trump offered his condolences to Russia ?

I don't think he has...or Merkel, or Macronny, ...and even Justin Trudeau is awkwardly silent.

Sure Malcolm Turnbull, given his Island's History, will see how cold-hearted the response by Our Western Ruling elites are, and offer his Country's voters' support....even if it's just emotional.

It`s good to have things in one place. Makes less travel distance for a lot of people and public transport routes more useful for some.

They are more socializing places than anything.

Still far to many built in the run for profits ,than the demand.

Maybe in USA, But here they expand cities, and leaves the old city places open for newer services once the old rich ones moves into these malls..
Less ruin of natural land.
