With a heavy heart I must say that while I did not know him personally, I was familiar with his forum input and interactions. After reading the memorial and browsing through the tenor of his last known forum posts, I'm under the impression it may have been suicide.

Well it did say he pasted away "unexpectedly"

His last posts were about having 4 grand which he seemed quite happy about. May have been just an accident. Let's not speculate..

Beans his IP is a 4 minute ride from the location listed in the obit. So yes, sadly it looks like it's him.. way too young to die..

I can pick up the traces of residual emotional signatures. Asking me about how someone could do something like that is maybe something I could answer at another time. He had drug and alcohol issues and even stated that he was going into a formal detox situation just a few months prior to the date in question.

That poor unfortunate soul, for it looks to me like he was killed for the $4,200. In his final thread, he says "tards wanted proof" and posts a money shot. There's other money shots and money boasts in the thread too. Those "tards" killed him and stole his geld. Hey, this is a CT forum and that's my CT on this matter.

So long, Beans. Who's got your boat? Haunt them but good.

RE: Guys I think Beans may have passed away
I'd tend to call it indirect suicide. I believe he didn't intend on it taking his life, but he was playing with it nevertheless. If he went through detox and suddenly relapsed, he likely jumped directly to the deep recesses he was accustomed to and his normalized physical system was unable to handle the reintroduced overstimulation.

Regardless of how it panned out, people in the grip of addiction are struggling to stay afloat and are prone to wrestle with bouts of depression.

Keep an eye on your loved ones ❤️

He never really got a handle on his excessive drinking. Those of you with that same issue have to get control.

Eight years sober here.

Longest time in my life -- including childhood.

RE: Guys I think Beans may have passed away
I hate to read about any posters here dying. There are so few of us to start with.

I don't remember anything personal about the poster other than seeing the name.
To be honest, I thought it was a woman. Because I think of Fork as a woman.
So, to me they were Fork and Beans and I thought it was a shtick here sort of like all the Ghost people.

What were some of his key thoughts and beliefs about life or conspiracies or whatnot?
Thanks in advance for sharing.
I never really buddy around on forums or become a "persona" so no one will ever miss me or wonder whatever became of ol' so and so.
But, Johnny reminds me of my former brother-in-law. And he wasn't always a loner because someone was in the boat that day taking his picture which was nice.
Peace be upon him.

RE: Guys I think Beans may have passed away
Some of the last things I recall talking with Beans about.

He went to a casino recently and had a good time, you know Beans always something to do with money.

He left a job right after starting one, didn't like the way the place was ran. So he had some time and money to spend without work obligations.

I bet he was planning on living it up for awhile if I had to guess.

Seemed happy to me.

I remember when Beans showed up here as an ac. Me and MotorCity talked him into signing up. He was friendly and funny, like most people were pre Trump.

R.I.P. friend.
