Hope she gets better soon, and you're a toughie yourself.

I don't think 1000 iu of vitamin D is nearly enough.

Since I work outdoors most of the time, there's no need to supplement.
But in the Winter dark months we usually take 4-5 thousand i.u. a day
and more if something is going around.

RE: "Almost certainly" covid
I just placed my online grocery order. I figured it would be rude for me to go to the store, even with a mask, if I have symptoms.

It's SO unfortunate.. I don't feel that bad, and yet.. my groceries will be delivered to my door, within two hours.

chuckle

Such an unfortunate by product of life now.. that we don't even HAVE to get up and go out.

Tissue chuckle

strange how your daughter was just fine until after they tested her

No, she wasn't that's WHY she got the test. Felt like she had pneumonia, starting a new job Monday, so called her doc. She was feeling like crap last weekend, on our weekend trip.

I'm actually really surprised the health care employer for her new job didn't require a covid test. I would have thought it would be standard.

I really hope she's able to start this new job, it's perfect for her, and day time hours.

Tonight I'm going to try this recipe in the ninja.

Tomorrow I will make this.. using the "slow cook" function on the ninja. Remember, 7 in 1.
